SALMON PATTIES


The recipe calls for 1 14.5-ounce can of salmon.
finely chopped 1/4 cup of onion
1/4 cup of corn flour
1/3 cup of flour
a single egg
a quarter cup of mayo
25% garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon
Instructions
Mix together the cornmeal, flour, onion, mayonnaise, egg, and garlic powder in a medium bowl with the canned salmon. Combine until a thick batter is formed.
Apply cooking spray to a big skillet and set it over medium heat.
Put the salmon mixture on the pan after shaping it into little patties. To get a golden brown color and fully cooked, heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
