Cobbler with Blackberries

Blackberries
Warm the oven up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or 175 degrees Celsius. Grease a baking dish that measures 9×13 inches.
Get the berries ready by: In a small bowl, whisk the cornstarch and sugar together. In a mixing dish, combine the blackberries with the melted butter. Toss to coat evenly after sprinkled with cornstarch mixture. Top with the mixture and transfer to the baking dish that has been ready.
Prepare the batter: Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and whisk to combine. If the mixture is still somewhat lumpy after adding the milk, melted butter, and vanilla, stir it in. Top the berries in the baking dish with the sauce.
The crust should be golden brown and the berries should be soft, which should take around 55 to 60 minutes in a preheated oven.
