Put the Vegetables in the Pot: Chop some cabbage and slice some carrots. Add the garlic and onions and mix well.

After browning the ground beef, add it back to the saucepan and simmer the soup. Blend the beef stock with the water. Once the soup is combined, bring it to a boil and stir occasionally. As soon as it boils, lower the heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the veggies are soft.

Before serving, add salt and pepper to the soup according to your taste. Spoon the hot soup into bowls as soon as it's done cooking.
