Rotel Cream Cheese Sausage Balls


These sausage balls with Rotel and cream cheese are a spicy, cheesy, and savory treat perfect for parties, snacks, or breakfast. They’re easy to make and even easier to enjoy!

Ingredients
Base Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) ground sausage (mild, hot, or breakfast sausage)
8 oz (1 block) cream cheese, softened
1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained well
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups Bisquick or another baking mix
Instructions
Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
Prepare the Sausage Mixture

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground sausage, softened cream cheese, and drained Rotel.
Mix thoroughly until the ingredients are well combined.
Add Cheese and Bisquick

Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
Gradually add the Bisquick mix, stirring until a cohesive dough forms.
