This is my go-to party food, but it never lasts since everyone devours the whole mason jar!

Mason jar of herb and garlic-marinated cheese, yielding six servings.

Recipe Items
The ingredients needed are cubed feta cheese (8 oz), cubed mozzarella cheese (8 oz), and 1 cup of olive oil.
4 finely sliced cloves of garlic
2 teaspoons of chopped fresh rosemary and 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh thyme
Dry oregano, 1 tablespoon
A teaspoon of red pepper flakes
Half of a lemon's zest
Add salt and pepper as desired.
How to Follow
Make sure a medium-sized mason jar is completely sterile by boiling it for 10 minutes.
2. In a mini-bowl, mix together the garlic, lemon zest, chopped rosemary, thyme, dried oregano, and olive oil. Combine thoroughly.
Third, in a sterile mason jar, put the cubed mozzarella and feta cheeses.
4. Coat the cheese cubes completely with the olive oil mixture. To get rid of any air bubbles, gently tap the jar on the counter.
Taste and add salt and pepper. 5.
6. Put the lid on the jar and put it in the fridge for at least a day so the flavors can combine.

7. Enjoy cold or let to cool to room temperature before to serving.
Tips and Variations
For a variety of tastes, try using pepper jack, cheddar, or gouda cheese. To make it your own, try including additional herbs like dill or basil, or spice up the olive oil with cumin or coriander. Before capping the jar, garnish it with a few edible flowers for an added sense of sophistication.
