Spinach and Egg Skillet with Cheese

 


A handful or more of fresh spinach leaves
Depending on your taste, two or three eggs
Half a cup of shredded cheese, preferably cheddar but you may use any kind you want
1 thinly sliced onion
Adjust with salt & pepper as desired.
Using butter or olive oil in the kitchen


Get Ready
To get the spinach ready, wash the leaves well to get rid of any grime or grit. Rinse and reserve.
Prepare the Onion by heating a little olive oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.
Incorporate the minced onions into the pan. After around five to seven minutes of sautéing, the onions should be somewhat brown and transparent.
