What you need:
1 pound of chunky beef
1 minced little onion
This recipe calls for minced garlic, chopped cabbage, sliced carrots, 4 cups of beef broth, and 2 cups of water.
An amount of salt and pepper according to personal preference
Instructions:
To prepare the ground beef, brown it in a big saucepan over medium-high heat. Make crumbles by breaking it up with a spoon. Remove any extra fat from the steak after browning, and then put it aside.
In the same saucepan, sauté the garlic and onion until they are soft.
Once the garlic begins to smell good and the onion starts to soften, sauté for another couple of minutes.
