No-Yeast Pita Bread Recipe

Heat a dry, non-stick skillet or cast-iron pan over medium-high heat.
Place one rolled-out pita in the pan and cook for about 1-2 minutes, or until bubbles start to form. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes. The pita should puff up slightly and develop golden spots.
Repeat with the remaining dough circles.
Keep Warm:

Place cooked pitas in a clean kitchen towel to keep them warm and soft while you cook the rest.
Tips:
For Puffier Pitas: Ensure the skillet is hot before adding the dough.
Storage: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or freeze for longer storage. Reheat in a warm skillet or microwave before serving.
Serving Suggestions: Use these pitas for wraps, sandwiches, or serve with hummus, tzatziki, or your favorite dips!
Enjoy your fresh, no-yeast pita bread! 🫓😊
